This effort is all about bringing mountain communities together to celebrate and raise awareness of their vital water resources. By connecting water stewards and encouraging everyone to get involved, we’re laying the groundwork for fun and meaningful community initiatives around fire fighting, water quality, and resilience—making it rewarding and enjoyable for everyone to participate.

Local mountain residents with a mix of backgrounds will serve as our judges. They’ll rate entries based on appearance, aroma, mouthfeel, taste, aftertaste, and overall impression—looking for water that’s clear, fresh, and enjoyable from start to finish. Most importantly, judging will be a fun way for the whole community to celebrate great-tasting water together! See the Judge's Kit for more details.
